Introducing SPRIGEO!

Student safety is very important to us here at KCES.  Therefore, Sprigeo, a new anonymous bullying reporting system is here for student and parent use.  Please look for notices in our Community Bulletin.  You can also check it out at
Kettleman City Elementary School is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where all students are encouraged to KEEP CLIMBING!

School-wide goals for 2013-2014:
We have started using the new Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
Our goal is to ensure that students are mastering those standards.
We are preparing students to be 21st Century Learners that will be college or career ready.
“Teachers will ask rigorous questions and expect students to answer in complete sentences, justifying their answers using academic vocabulary appropriate to that grade level.”
